Arm's Are Wide, Big Enough for What's Inside

There was a young man who endured the challenge of having both parents suffer from Dementia. After his father suffered and passed away, his mother desired to never be a burden to her family. Sadly, after a doctor visit, she learned she had the same illness. Over time, her symptoms began to grow stronger and her health quickly faded.  She began to shout out loud, “Arms are wide. Big enough for what’s inside!” anywhere she’d go. Embarrassed, the young man thought this was something she would just say because of the disease. But after she passed away, he found a letter in his mother’s jewelry box that explains the meaning behind her words and it would change his life forever.

In Arms Are Wide, Big Enough for What’s Inside, you’ll read how one mother knew her fate, but encouraged her children of Christ's nearness and goodness in spite of this awful disease.
